JHUMI RETURNS POLICY

As a small business specialising in limited-edition jewellery, many of our pieces are stocked in very limited quantities. We therefore ask that all customers read product descriptions carefully and review all product imagery before purchasing.

We provide real product photographs wherever possible to allow you to make an informed purchase. If you would like to see additional photographs or a video of a particular piece before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to provide this where available.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage, incorrect item or visible issue should be reported to Jhumi within 24 hours of delivery, wherever reasonably possible, together with your order number and clear photographs/videos. Reporting an issue promptly allows us to investigate it accurately.

Items must not be worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery if they are being returned. Returned items must be kept in their original condition with their original packaging and any applicable hygiene/protective seals intact.

Where a return is eligible, please contact Jhumi before sending anything back. Once return instructions have been issued, we ask that the parcel is returned promptly using a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.

Jewellery is inspected upon return. We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to account for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item. Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration or customer-caused damage will be assessed accordingly.

Due to hygiene considerations, sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may lose their cancellation right once the relevant seal has been broken after delivery, where the legal hygiene exception applies. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Misuse of our returns process

Jhumi reserves the right to refuse future orders or restrict purchasing access where we reasonably identify abuse of our store or returns process, including fraudulent claims, deliberate damage, returning substituted items, or other dishonest conduct.
